For over 25 years, we have been creating custom gear for cycling, running, and triathlon. We have a catalogue of 125 items to personalise and adapt to your needs.
Our new line of customisable projects has been made with a focus on creating products with less impact on the environment. The majority of the new products have been made with recycled fabrics.
STEP 1
PRODUCT CHOICE AND DESIGN

STEP 2
FABRIC CUTTING
On the cutting table, we layer several layers of fabric to be cutted according to specific patterns. The patterns are optimised to minimise waste.
STEP 3
PRINTING AND DESIGN TRANSFER
The design is first printed onto large rolls of paper. These rolls are then placed into a transfer machine, where the design is sublimated onto the fabric.
Our skilled factory staff carefully place each fabric panel by hand, ensuring precision in every piece—a smooth yet expertly crafted process.
STEP 4
STITCHING AND FINISHING
The finished pieces are stitched into the final product and after each product is individually checked in our factory we are ready to send out your new custom kit.

Our approach makes Tactic unique. From the very first sketch to the final piece, we develop every concept in our factory in Girona. Our streamlined process delivers efficient and tailored results. Together, we produce over 2,500 jerseys a month.
